At Bernardo’s, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely in love with your purchase, we’re here to make things right.

30-Day Easy Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in new, unworn condition with original tags and packaging intact.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • Tags must be attached, and items must be in their original packaging.

  • Footwear must be returned in the original shoebox, placed inside a shipping box.

  • Final sale, personalized, and intimate items (such as underwear and swimwear) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

How to Return an Item

  1. Visit our Returns Portal at bernardosfashion.com/returns

  2. Enter your order number and email address to initiate the process.

  3. Select the items you wish to return and follow the step-by-step instructions.

  4. Print your prepaid return label and drop your package off at the designated courier.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving your return.

  • The original payment method will be credited, excluding original shipping fees.

  • If you paid using a gift card or store credit, the refund will be issued as store credit.

Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order.
