Bernardo’s Refund Policy

At Bernardo’s, we’re committed to making your shopping experience smooth and worry-free. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer a refund under the conditions below.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Certain items are non-refundable, including:

    • Final sale items

    • Gift cards

    • Intimates (e.g., underwear, bodysuits, swimwear)

    • Personalized or customized items

Refund Process

  1. Visit our Returns & Refunds Portal at bernardosfashion.com/refunds (replace with your actual link).

  2. Follow the return instructions and print your prepaid return label.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

  4. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Important Notes

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If your refund is delayed or missing, please first check your bank account and then contact your payment provider. Still need help? Reach out to us at support@bernardosfashion.com.

  • Refunds for orders paid via gift card or store credit will be returned as store credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
