Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund:

Follow the return instructions and print your prepaid return label.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refunds for orders paid via gift card or store credit will be returned as store credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
